What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I took my first ever yoga class at Frame Shoreditch and was instantly hooked! Two years later I did my training with Frame and have been working as a full-time yoga teacher ever since.
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
Keeping my body supple, getting rid of aches and pains and building stamina to take on lifestyle daily challenges.
What makes you, you?
I smile pretty much 99% of the time, even when making you hold Navasana.
What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?
Feeling strong, stretched and chilling out. My yoga classes offer all three. I teach my classes exactly how I like to practise – energising yet rewarding.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
You are the only person you will be spending your whole life with, treat you well first and that spread that love.
